More pictures

I'm continuing to enjoy playing with Photoshop Elements - in fact, it's quite addictive! There are so many effects and filters to play with. Some will find edges in your picture and turn the photo into a sketch (who needs drawing classes, eh?!); you can play with colour, intensity; make it look like an oil paining .... etc etc.

I've posted several examples using colour pictures on my Prairie Dreams blog (see link at right). Here are a couple of black and white pictures.

On this first one, I increased the contrast and added a diffuse glow and maybe blurred the image a bit and I don't remember what else!!
















And this is one of my favourites! (Posterize is one of the cooler effects in Photoshop.)
